We try to keep international shipping simple… Shipping to most countries (Canada, Australia, Netherlands, UK, France, etc)
Any overages will be refunded since occasionally the USPS system estimates a higher charge than the actual charge.
International Shipping Method
We ship our international packages using USPS Priority Mail (or International Flat Rate). First class does not provide the tracking that we need. Fedex and UPS adjusts their rates after shipping and we have not found them to be reliable on their pricing estimates.
Canadian Customers: We are happy to ship to a drop-ship location on the border for your convenience and to help lower shipping costs!
Customs, Duties & Taxes
On occasion, international customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties, and taxes. This is not something we have any control over so please research your countries policies on importing purchases!
Please remember that sometimes delays at customs will delay the receipt of your package. Please be patient!
Returns, Store Credit and Final Sale Items
You may return your purchase for store credit within 30 days of original purchase provided that the wrap is still sealed, that the item is unopened, and in “like-new” condition. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the buyer. The items returned must include a copy of the receipt, your email address, shipping address, and phone number. Refunds cannot be provided.
Items that are sold as part of a daily deal are considered final-sale and, because they are offered at a deep discount, we are unable to refund these items.
We make every effort to ensure that your items are delivered in excellent condition but… sometimes items are damaged during the shipment process. If you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Please email us at email@example.com with your receipt information, mailing address, email address, and phone number. We will email you a return shipping label so that you can send it back.
When possible we will send an identical replacement item at no additional cost. However, with fabric, sometimes the item will no longer be available and we will replace it with a similar item or store credit.
